Pekatapaparao Posted March 31, 2010 Report Posted March 31, 2010 The by-polls to the seats vacated by the Telangana Rashtra Samithi would be held only between September and October, the Election Commission official Mr, Qureshi revealed in Guntur today.He said that the process for the by-polls would be completed by August 14th this year.Meanwhile the TRS party has slammed the Congress party for postponing the by-polls. They say that the government has directed the election commission to postpone the by-polls so that the polls could be conducted when the Telangana movement loses its sheen i.e by this year end.The TRS party is already blaming themselves for bringing this situation on themselves where they lost opportunity to speak in the assembly. Now-a-days they are finding it hard to attract the TV channels. Raj TV which is the brain-child of the TRS party is still in the testing phase and once it launches then the steam is going to rise again.
