The communal riots in the Old City of Hyderabad after a gap of more than a decade make one wonder as to who could be behind the violence? It is certain that the people of Hyderabad have almost forgotten the communal violence in the last few years. The celebration of Hanuman Jayanti by Bajrang Dal, in an unprecedented manner, is only to provoke the Muslims.

Secondly, the intelligence sources also got specific information that the MIM had received funds from unknown sources to provoke communal violence to create disturbances for Rosaiah government. The sources are trying to find out the source of funding. “We don’t know, as of now, whether these two inputs have any connection with each other or not. We need to investigate more into that,” an official said.
