nenu 3 nelaa nundi bench meeda unnanu .so untill dec 15th varaku payroll run aindi kaane from dec 15th to till  no payroll.I am thinking to jump from that employer if i go with other employer is it mandatory to have pay stubs while applying cap h1b?....also tell me opt ext lo enni months with out pay stubs undhachu?  .......please chepandi tension tho bp vastatundi ....also h1b check list past here....

without pay stubs H1 transfer chesukovachu...but nuvvu wh4 complaint file cheyyali first with DOL...they will provide you with some number which you can use it ....filing appudu rfe padithi reply ivvochu with that...murthy lo chaala info vuntundhi...
