221G London Embassy. Help Please

I got 221G white when i attended for Visa Stamping in Dec-2013  in London(Masters in UK. Staying in UK for last 4 years).

Full time job...

Employer : Big company ..

40+ Million turnover..

In House project(Project for their own company)..

All documents (tax returns, Wage reports , Project Documentation) submitted on last week of Dec-2013

 

After 2 months.. US embassy Team Visited my work site in US and checked for the team for Project . Theya r happy with Company and its previous history . But the project is not yet started. They need milestones considering its a real project...

 

 What may be the outcome and what is this milestones of project mean..?

Miles tones ante deadlines or modules .. mana proj lo 1st phase 3 months .. 2nd phase next 3 months .. trvta unti testing ki 2 months ala veskuntam ga .. they need those steps how they gonna execute the project with dates
