few questions to consider

1) Why did the govt table an unchanged bill with so much opposition? The bill was being opposed constantly and each one knew of a possible incident.

2) What was Meira Kumar doing instead of protecting persons of the house?

3) Why were even these kind of protesting persons allowed in to the house proceedings? Was an effort made to look in to their issues/claims?
