H1B For Fy 2015

Hi Dude's,

 

My H1B petiton has been withdrawn for FY 2014 with employer A so i came back to india in the month of october recently got a job in MNC say employer B and they want to file new H1B petition this year i.e for FY 2015 my concern is will there be any problem in filing new H1B with new employer as i told them that my H1B petition did not picked in the lottery for FY2014  to avoid saying reasons for withdrawal? please help me on this and do the needful
