naaku 3 yrs Ind experience undhi .. then onsite kocha and was thr for 6 months .. trvta vere consultancy ki jump and working with him for one yr now .. so 

 

total = 4.5

before joining mestri = 3.5

In US = 1.5 In India = 3 

 

Mestri emo GC start chedam EB3 lo antundu and later EB2 ki velochu antundu ..

 

I heard like 5 yrs exp unte we can file in EB2 ani ...

 

What should i do 

 

go for EB3 now and upgrade to EB2 or

 

inko 1 yr aagi Eb2 lo try cheyyamantaara

First thing go for eb3 now..u r not eligible for eb2 with current employer u don't have 5 yr exp before u joined to this emp..current empl exp is not counted for eb2..it will useful for another empl if u switch becos u might have 5 + and they can start eb2

One option eb3 now later port to eb2 that's only option u have with current employer..
