1)adhi mee company vadu vese perm job posting ni batti untadhi vadu job posting lo ms degree mandatory with no experience ante needhi eb2 kindhaki vasthundhi....only bachelors ee kavali withe xperience ante it will come under eb3....but......paian cheppinattu aa 3yrs current employer vi aithe u cannot use that for PERM in EB2

Agreed. Naku experience letters unna kani RFE padindhi I-140 ki EB2 lo. Please provide a list of software tools while you used at the previous company ani. I had to send them again to get it approved. This was couple of years ago.

Yes just 5 + is good..don't waste time..same employer eb3 to eb2 porting sucess chances very less that too desi forget..

Now GC time lines are delaying lot..watch out and move..
