How To Tell Somebody A Bad News- Plz Help

Guys I have to inform somebody a death news...plz help how to let someone know about it.. He is with me right now..

don't take to beach or hilly areas or top of buildings if that person can't digest he may commit suicide as well. just take him to a calm place like park or something and let him know
