Your income should be atleast $150,000 in the last 5 years.If at all you satisfy the requirements ..you will get a provisional GC for 2 years..After two years it will be converted to Permanent GC,only after meet certain conditions.The main condition is you must have employed at least 10 Full time workers(US Citizens and not your family members) and generate annual revenue of $1 million or so
