H1 Transfer From Fte To Contracting

find a proj..apply h1 in premium.....with po and vendor letter...if u have client letetr then its fine....once u gte approved join the employer

Ohk...my plan is to get h1 approved and then notify them and leave fte....
But in that process if I get rfe? If they ask for client letter and I haven't joined new project, will they provide client letter?

And also rfe vachaka.... Ene days lopalaaaa respond avaaleee

Once employer recieves receipt start working
Upgrade h1 transfer to premium
If asked, submit client letter

I folllowed same exact process 6 months back, got it approved for 3yrs, they didnt even ask for client

im not sure if client will provide a client letter before u joing the client...in that case if u get an rfe.....to rpovid ethe letter u shud be working at the client place....

 

one idea is to take  a vacation at ur fte  and join client

after that approve ayaka... notice isthannu...

90 days lopu u have to respond to H1B RFE.

 

antha ok kani notice istha antunnav kadha... if FT company ask u to work for 2 weeks notice period ante then contract job em chesthav ?
