nenu non profit nunchi profit ki mara...nuvu nee H1b term(first 6 yrs) lo h1b quota lo count kakapothe, you have to apply for h1b just like a new h1b ,i.e apply in april and start working in october for the new company...

 

nonprofit h1 cap subjected kadhu..so, you cannot transfer like you can do between cap-subjected h1s......thats why when moving profit company, you have to apply in april to be counted against cap and then start working for october 1st.

 

konni complex situations like you can start working for profit company even before october 1st but aa company kee present company adhi anna research related work unte..again,edhi complex situation..attroney tho discuss cheyi,in case neeku ee possiblty unte
