Perm - Audit Help!

Hello all,

 

    na perm process audit padindhi..,they asked for

 1.how the recruitment process is done and why candidates were rejected and

 2.who paid for perm

 

anni.... eedhi random audit or not,naaku telidhu.... already 8 months wait chesa..adhi wait chesina tarvatha ippudu Audit.. i think it will take 8-9 months again..evariki anna ee audit padindha..padthe..aye information ivvali...ma manager gadu kontha mandini phone and face-face interview chesadu....so, ippudu valla resumes anni DOL ki pampinchala...or just one summary letter??

 

ma company aye paid for PERM.so, i think that should be okay...naaku only first daani meedha doubt..any idea on how to reply for that(also,apply chesina valla details kuda pampinchala).....also, audit result epudu thelusthundhi...

that is random audit man... very common these days... mee employer will send the recruitment details through the attorney directly.. its very easy... eppudu paper ad icharu enta mandi apply chesaaru enta mandi short list ayyaru and so on... good luck.. :)

kakapothe u have to wait another 8-9 months anukunta

naaku ilane audit padindi june 2012 lo feb or march 2013 lo clear ayyindi. then 1-140 approved

I don't understand about that date part... but your attorney will answer that... don't worry much... try talking to hr of your company
