mee current paystub prakaram veyyi.. LCA will be prepared when they first hired you.and filed for h1.. I would strongly recommend talking to ur employer and take a revised offer Letter with new pay rate... So if they ask u why you have different amount in LCA and W2 you can explain them they liked ur performance and increased ur pay ... make sure to carry the initial offer-letter and revised offer letter..Will clear all issues
