I can see honesty in your post...

 

Techinically not change a lot...may be couple of years vuntundi...then everything is normal....

 

1) Hyd land values thaggochu first couple of years.same time Andhra lo already rates chala perigaai....

2) This is the time middle class people in Andhra to come to capital and get start business or get some benefit.

3) for Telangana...at least get some water for some villages for lands...( politicians entha edavalaina vaaadu thinalanna atleast projets start cheyali...so 5% anna normal people benefit avochu..
