ya I got it done....thakua undhi ani D supplement vaadamannadu Dr....... go to any general physician....he will write tests for you and you can get them done in any near by lab

neku insurance vunte dantlo yearly screening free vuntundi... dantlo ee test free... mana color andariki vit D natural ga takkuva vuntundi... sun is the main source and we have dark pigments/melanin which block sun rays.... so vit d supplements vadamantaru vellu... vit d is vital in abosroption of calcium

hmm no idea...insurance lo cover ainattu undhi naku...dont remember paying from my pocket....nenu cheyinchukoni 1 yr ayindhi so gurthu ledhu

neku insurance vunte dantlo yearly screening free vuntundi... dantlo ee test free... mana color andariki vit D natural ga takkuva vuntundi... sun is the main source and we have dark pigments/melanin which block sun rays.... so vit d supplements vadamantaru vellu... vit d is vital in abosroption of calcium

 

thanks dude.... naaku dount enduku vachindi ante.....vitamin D milk taaginappudu stomach pain vastundi, milk taagakapothe no stomach pain.....net lo vethikithe telisindhi entante i might be having more vitamin D in my body....  :3D_Smiles:

makes sense.... vit d calcium absorption and systhesis ki help avutundi.... low vitamin d... calcium cannot be breaken down and stomach pain....

don't take calcium supplements... not good for you... take vit d supplements if needed.... natural form of vit d is preferred..... go for a walk each morning in the sun... u will notice the difference...
