and mostly the reason why I want to go for BA is that there will be no night shifts.. (I am working in night shift now)

No night shifts for BA I think as they are the ones who write requirements and it will be like 1 week or so.

Logically yes, they should be very good communicators/speakers. They should have lot of domain knowledge and must give correct requirements. Product company aithe expertise undali. Startup type aithe requirements chala fast ga ivvali

 

Pedda companies where projects goes on and on appudu BAs ki baguntundi, kani that too won't be hectic.
