Your problem with the project or abt relieving? Cld u be little more specific

If the problem with project: only the decision maker is you technical head. You can put a request to technical lead and simultaneously put a request to HR that he/she is pressuring you it comes legal and you should have proofs so first put a request/convincing mail to technical lead

Abt relieving - both technical & HR involves

Either case they can relieve you from the project Only on medical reason with proofs.
