jagsonreddy Posted February 21, 2014 Author Report Posted February 21, 2014 nuvvu baaga follow ayyinattu unnavu Sobhan ni.. any special reason? i met him thrice......through one of my relative way back in 2006 when i was studying in chennai .....he is so simple..and a good counselor for youth.... on day he said..." i came to madras with 450 rs along with my wife.....some days i used to skip my dinner and break fast and has to rely only on lunch to save money......that experience made me stringent in financial maters.....but you children these days are blessed with everything...what all u need is just hard work from ur side..and a bit of financial discipline.............." i really follow his words....than any other person in the world......and his english is excellent.... i remember him saying....... "i just invested on land and many assume it as real estate business....but its not, i just buy land, build complexes and rent them to esteemed organizations ....which gives me lumpsum amount in the form of rent to lead a peace full life...strictly i rent them..no real estate business..."
