"Supreme Court then intervenes in this matter and decrees to make Hyderabad a UT to make it continue as a common capital. Thus, Hyderabad will be permanent common capital for AP and Telangana. If T activists deny, then Supreme Court may further decree to develop respective capital cities in both the states, since the special package is any way declared", said the source. 

In fact, it is convincing if special package was given to Seemandhra. But today in Rajya Sabha it was said that the special package is being given for both the states.
