patha employer ni enduku vadli velutunnava Kotha empolyer ki teliste (if new employer is desi) then 

 

u might face some issues coz he will keep some money or some documents with him ....

 

Ee desi gaallu pedda varity gallu...

 

So if patha employer tho problem leka pothe vundipo...CPT antunnavu ante ...full ga vadukoni vuntadu......

 

So kotha vadi tho terms & conditions perfect ga matladuko ...% of pay

 

GC processing , H1 charges etc etc ...pay cycle...every thing careful ga matalduko

bhayya ..............my brotherin law working with Waynsys....they filled his h1b & GC ...they r good..........he is working from 2011.!!!!...i am also thinking of joining in may..!!
