Na current H1 Apr 10 2014 ki expire avutundi, so ma employer  Jan 20 2014 ki H1 extension apply chesadu and got approved.

 

Nenu Visa appointment book chese appudu CSC website and DS forms lo  ee I 797 Info evvali Old or New Plzz cheppandi ?? 

 

Nenu Already Appointment book chesanu Old I 797 information tho...

 

Planning to go visa stamping in March.

kotha dhi enter cheyi...visa ki po...visa office emyana kathalu padithe rules prakaram 180 patha h1b tho kotha h1b visa ki velochu ani chepu.... i did confirm with attorney ani chepu...naku ilane patha h1 undaga kotha h1 stamping ki pothe ...only patha date vareke istha anadu...payaan chepinatu chepthe confirm chesukoni full stamp vesi pampindu... 

Oh we can go for visa stamping 180 days before the current visa expiry date aa  ?

They will give visa for next 3 years ( if we get approved for 3 years h1-b extension)

yep if ur on extension then u can before 6 months......if ur on 1st time visa its before  90 days(here u need to enter on Sep20- 10 days before ur visa start date)..
