NH is a Pain in the A$$ to get started and the documentation Sucks. Some features of NH I miss while using EF, Ability to submit multiple queries at the same time and using Global filters.

Resume less than 3 pages...breif summary... if you have done short term projects, remove them. Instead make the existing ones longer Latest projects with cutting edge technologies - MVC, Jquery, Entity Framework / LINQ, WCH, SSIS ,SSRS Keep applying in Dice for the positions of your choice. Just making it visible doesn't serve the purpose. Call as many as you can. No call is useless.
