Seema people don't like Vijayawada as capital man.. I think the best solution is to pick a forest area with good highway access and build it from scratch.

Naturally there are differences between seema people and coastal district people especially Krishna/Guntur dist.

 

Seema people think Krishna/Guntur dist people or manipulative and deceptive. Krishna/Guntur district people think all seema people are violent undereducated people/factionists.

 

So better to build the capital in a neutral place and if we pick a forest area everything can be well planned like underground drainage, power supply etc..

Aa area chaala baguntundi.. Krishna river is very close by. Srisailam project is in the border of Prakasham/Kurnool so they can easily build a canal to supply drinking water to the new capital. Nallamalla forest region has vast natural resources and good weather.

Seema lo most developed district kurnool after that kadapa then chittoor and finally Anantapur. Anantapur is the poorest district in the whole south with little or no rainfall. Kurnool district has no water problem. Tungabhadra River, Krishna River, KC Kanal all pass through Kurnool. Kadapa, chittoor and Anantapur all have water problems because they don't have any major rivers flowing through them..

Kurnool town also has good medical colleges and engineering colleges. Chittoor/Nellore has become an investment hotspot these days especially with Sri City. I think Chittoor will overtake coastal districts in GDP soon. Bangalore-Chennai corridor has moved into advanced stage this month with Japan showing keen interest in developing it. This will benefit Anantapur and Chittoor.

Nellore Ok gaani Chittoor I don't know much about it except for Tirupati. Anantapur Chittoor may develop but at least for now they are very backward.

Approximately 1/3rd of Bang-Chennai corridor will be passing through Chittoor. Keep an eye out on Sri City SEZ..from the last few years it has even forced investments that would have easily gone to Chennai  to move to Sri City instead...This SEZ has potential to develop into a city of itself...If a major port is built in Nellore (Krishnapatnam), it will help support growth of this SEZ.

Thanks for info........Anantapur close to banglore kabatti......it can be developed as industrial and IT sector......same should be case with chittor,it can leverage chennai influence besides it has tirupathi.......I think the capital should be greater area  of kadapa-kurnool-Ongole-someparts of nellore..........wat do you say......vast lands available vunaaya...........do you thik it that greater area will be suitable for capital as it would be mix of seema and coastal disctricts......Future lo godavalu kuda raavu kada!!!
