Where does Central gov get money from , they are not gonna just print new bundles for new state. 

It will intern effect the economy of INDIA , we need to beg World bank for an extra 100000000000000000Rs , just for a single foolish decision. OR people in INDIA need to pay extra taxs or compromise in development (why would a person in Kashmir will pay extra taxs or compromise for our so called friendly break up)
