There are many reasons that the way the process carried out.

 

1. it's a closed voting process done in loksabha without even telecasting the process - not a democracy thing.

 

(reason is that Congress and BJP colluded for their benefits)

 

2. Does't even considered water resource allocation and that giving polavaram project catch villages to SA - 

 

(Both Congress and BJP know that they want exploit SA people on this in future)

 

3. No plan, funding were announced to SA Capitol City - 

 

(it's a joke that if you believe that we can alone build city in 10 years without central heavy funding - Just look at Sochi Olympics on how difficuilt to build a mega city with $40 Billion cost)

 

4. No Research Facilities, No Educational Institutions were announced for SA.

 

5. No Health Care Infrastructure is announced

 

(There is now officially deficit in budget to cover 'Arogya Sri' in SA. Only two big hospitols "KIMS" and "SVIMS")

 

6. At last, f u c ki ng Modi also does't even mentioned any thing about SA....a  s  s h  o  l  e as typical gujju
