What is the source that Guntur-Vijayawada is the capital? Have they made it official? Can you paste the link here?

What is the source that Guntur-Vijayawada is the capital? Have they made it official? Can you paste the link here?


It is not official but they have asked to reloacte the nagarjuna university from thay location for this purpose
