u dont have to do that...LCA s ennina cheyochu....but file H1 with that LCA where your proj is long term

I havent understood your question. If you are filing H1 /h1 extn with one LCA you cannot change that client or LCA during H1 processing if you do so application will be rejected. Once approved you can change employer /client or do what ever u want.

 

Recently out of status ayye situation ki vacha appudu edo LCA cheinchkoni i thought i will do a new LCA after getting job while extn is in process but lawyer said thats not possible.
