Do you know how much opportunity is there in the new capital with around 5 to 10 lakh people expected to move in in one year - a lot.. for the next 10 to 20 years seemandhra lo there will be construction boom in the new capital and tier two cities..

I think it's the other way.. No one knows the fate of HYD after the division with people and companies leaving the city.. Just government employees of 1 lakh and their families total around 4 lakhs will leave HYD and move to the new city.. This is just government employees.. Think about all the private comapanies moving to or starting a branch in SA new capital.. The capital region will get 10 lakh people in one year.. In the current situation investing in HYD is a gamble.. Fate of SA capital - there is a lot of scope for development.. Imagine how many apartment complexes, office buildings and other buildings have to be built to accommodate them..Imagine how much infrastructure has to be provided..

1 lakh govt employees HYD lo ekkada unnaru man?  may be your are talking about SA employees in whole TG , and also that might be less than 1 lakh.

 

apart from Govt employees, i dont think any company will move away from HYD nor other SA people.

 

HYD lo rents and cost of living chaala thakkuva compared to other existing metro cities,

 

and on top of that, one more plus metro train will also be added to the glory of HYD.
