Why Toad ? there are other free tools similar to Toad like SQL Developer, SQL Navigator etc not sure these tools are still free but try there should be defenitely some tools available fore free....

agree sql developer from oracle is free.

You can also use jdeveloper when you start it  select database edition.

but dont use toad man...dont get addicted to graphical user interface tools, you will forget the queries and commands......better use sqlplus or atleast sqldevloper.

 

toad is too much graphical ..i dont prefer it
