Like malli nuvvu new company name inka role and responsibility change chesinappudu ... Uscis may or may not check ur previous employment details .... 2) uscis nee experience letter lo vunna number ki call cheyachu...cheppalem..but if aomebody answers the call and says u r good then fine... 3) sciences to software ki vaste chala mandi h1b visa application reject kuda chesaru.. Its all luck... Maa friend textile engg lo MS chesadu ikkada..last year intial h1b 3 years approval vachindi without any queries... 4) try to file 2 h1b petitions from 2 different employers... Try to do both in premium processing only... Fake software experience 3 years tho cheste better possibility... Mee employer tho issues ani regular ga thorough ga discuss chey...
