PMI is insurance..vaallaki..bcos u didn't put in 20% down..ee lopu sankanakipothe vaallu raabattukovadaaniki..like gap insurance..once u have 20% paid up..u no longer have to pay

 

upfront inka anavasaram kadaa..daani badulu principal entho kontha kastapadi pay chesesthe as much as possible aa pmi tagguddi kadaa

 

did u pay 20% principal upfront or u paid all ur pmis upfront..didn't follow

maa apartment pakkana vundi ani chase ki poyanu.............ante no rules for it..........

 

chase vadi rates are not matching with the other bank rates........so went for another bank........5% down chesthe APR ekkuva vuntadi..........yes it will be like .2-.4% difference ante............

 

naku ekkuva ledu credit history, but i brought the condo with a decent mortgage interest.............yes PMI kattali..............kani nenu PMI mottam upfront pay chesanu.........so i dont have to PMI monthly and in case nenu ippudu monthly payment kanna ekkuva kadutu vunte........in 2-3 yrs i will refinance it

i cannot give my details here..........10/10 ratings lo schools vuntu 150 k ki condo radu anedi kada nee question...........where there are no desis and only Americans...............u can get it.............desis vunte ippudu aa condo price is like 250k...........and we dont have kids right now and i dont have to bother about schools until 6 yrs................

 

i paid only 5% down and 3k as PMi upfront................principal katte anta money naa daggara levu man............but nenu idi oka investment laga chesanu ante tappa............this is not my dream home.............my job is consistent and my wife is a home maker.............i planned it this way and it worked out..............Thank god
