if so,it may take 1-2 weeks from the date of approval

so 1-2 weeks antav from approval date...

H1 extension file chesadu deny aindi for a silly reason ..MTR chesaru case justifying against the denial ..but ma vadiiki dec 31 ki h1b expire avtundi..so he has to leave the country after Dec 31st or he shud have another petetion filed with receipt number in hand...so vadi client FTE offer chesadu..they filed his H1B in prem and got approved..ide  time lo inkoka desi employer ni kuda approach ayadu safe side ki..but didnt file h1B with them anuko..idantha Dec 2nd week lo jariginavi..takkuva time unde..he was very panic.

By god's grace ne patha H1B approve avthe it will start right away and ur F1 will be changed to H1B. ledu kothadi approve avthe for FY 2015, you shud maintain your status until Sep 21 2014.
