System , Network Ppl Doubt / Help

naa Off desktop lo 

 

perl.exe (User system) every 5 mins ki invoke avutunnadi.. and it is literally  taking total memory and making the system dead slow

 

i am killing it manually

 

Is it a virus?

 

or Network file to monitor my machine or taking back up of my machine ?

Some time in the past also it happened

 

Is it ok to kill if it run by System Administrator remotely
