no brother avasaram ledu..same scenario nadi..1st x company tho stamping where i was FTE. then came to US and changed employer Y....india vellina malli  return ochina with visa on X name..i797 on Y name...100% not an issue..POE lo valid visa and valid H1B chustaru...not on whose name the H1B  visa is done.
