Name Misspelt On I797A Form- How Long It Will Take For Uscis

my LCA has the correct name but uscis misspelt it on 797A form, Can some Please let me know how long it will take for corrections on misspelt first name on the I797A form? Does it has premium process to expedite ?

 

Is it safe to go for stamping with that misspelt form ?
