Why This Obsession With Capital City?

Isn't it better to get more people into schools and armed with a skill, than waste 10s of thousands of crores building infra for one city that'll only enrich foreign contractors and local middlemen?

 

SA has many natural cities that vy for premier status. SA leaders should've fought for financial freedom to raise money via debt to build each city according to demand, than build one city and wait for all business to move there.

 

As it stands, overbuilt Hyd is in danger of becoming a joke. who's that genius who thought Hyd needed such a big airport when its traffic (domestic/international) is not even half of chennai (which is crap too).
