Context – We are building a Salesforce CRM solution in our environment that will be replacing a legacy system that the customer service agents (from the service side) use to facilitate a consumer’s request or inquiry. We are in a highly regulated environment and robustness is key to our systems so we have a test first methodology. We are an Agile/SCRUM shop that might be more considered iterative waterfall. I have a need for the following two Salesforce centric positions on my team.
 
• Cloud Architect – This will be a Salesforce Architect that needs sound foundation of Salesforce development using Apex and Visualforce. They also need to be highly skilled in system integrations. They will also act as a lead to the development staff as well as ensuring adherence to the architecture vision to meet Enterprise standards.
o Role Essentials
 Progressive experience as a senior developer in large IT projects 
 Prior project architect and/or team lead experience 
 Comprehensive knowledge of Cloud CRM solutions
 Knowledge of relational databases, legacy systems integration, and design patterns 
 Practical experience with web-based technologies and web services including Rest, SOAP, Javascript and XSLT
