Vizag now, reminds me of bangalore in the 90s. so much potential waiting to burst out. And the diversity is amazing.

hmmm separation is a boom in disguise for vizag.. i am pretty sure that it is not going to be capital of AP(as i said earlier there is no lobbying for it.. if u take history all vizag MP's are non local be it subbi ram reddy, mvvs murthy and recently purandeswari) 3 districts of coastal andhra were given special status and it is going to change the fate of vizag for sure coz it has got the best infra when compared to other districts of coastal andhra seaport and airport.. METRO will be sanctioned this year..

I am slightly disappointed that Gangavaram is not a container port. Vizag needs a huge container terminal.

 

One big drawback for vizag is the land prices are already through the roof. More expensive than Hyd.
