if you are hearing noises from upper floow, you cannot do anything other than moving to diff  house/apt

if you are having noises when you re watching tv you can buy an home theater for cheap and fix the value.

when I watch tv I use bose computer speakers attached to it which will not make us hear sounds from upstairs. ade bedrooms lo kuda vunte bagundani kakapothe prathi bedroom lo set of speakers petti play chesi badulu oka deggare(hall) lo sound control chesetattu vunte better ani
