Asalu mi employer chestada ala? i was in same situation man bench lo and applied on expiry day for extn as i got job at last moment. Naku lawyer thats not an option to change LCA while file in processing ani cheppindi. In house ki apply chesuko same time school ki apply chesuko to be on safe side. This was mail from lawyer to me when i asked to apply while on bench in regular and change lca and add documents when i get job .. The case will be denied if we try to supplement an LCA while the H-1B is pending. USCIS rules are clear, an correct LCA has to be in place at the time of filing. Please let me know how you wish to proceed.

March 2nd or 3rd week client dorikithe , time saripotunda to apply with that? yaa saripothundi... 3. Inhouse tho apply chesevallu unnara evaranna? first project extension ki try chey.... 2ndly....after lottery lo pick aythe nee client letter and vendor-client paper work meed RFE padachu..... but lottery lo pick avvadanikki client letter avasaram ledu...lottery is done without opening ur packet....then for processing will check ur documenation.... inhouse project chese valu vuntaru....ask chocloate boy....

MI client ni adugu oka 2 months extn and apply premium and tell him you wont bill and be off if budget is problem..see if that works

LCA employer chestadu bhayya...but ye location ki cheyamani ne suggestion if inhouse it will be employer location....if it is with respect to some end client, manodiki job ledu...so vadi option inhouse okate kada...so even after he get a job, he cannot use his client name / letters anymore if his h1b is applied with a in house lca.
