Delhi Political capital kabatti that to earlier it was UT then became a state so Law & Order Central Controlling Kaani HYD Administrative capital that doesn't require any special status Just few administative offices will move to HYD anthe U dont think so...u sure lo chala theda undhi.... few admin offices move ayithayi...oka country capital ante...inka state ki endhuku adhikaram untadhi... akada... mostly center key untadhi...so no body would allow it... :)
