2 or 3 scrambled eggs, chopped onions, diced tomatoes, chopped green chillies, cilantro, 2-3 drops milk, lil coriander powder, red chilli powder n salt to taste, I prefer butter over oil to fry.

mix all da above, pour it on the pan with or without butter or oil, let it raise you will see a fluffy omlette (similar to pizza) flip da omlette (preference) n fry it for over 2-3 mins, serve..
