Urgent Help , Stopped By Cop For Expired Registration

I was stopped by cop for driving with expired registration , he gave me a court date 

he didn't even give me any options took my license and kept it with him , asked to me attend the court and collect my driving license 

 

what will happen in the court , this is first time i will going to court

 

cop asked me to change the plate , i did not understand , does that mean i need to renew my number plate or do a new registration all together ??? cop said to " change the plate and collect your DL at court ani annadau "

 

i would appreciate your suggestions

antha kangaru padaku, nee car inti daggira park cheyyi, next take your registration docs to the tag office, ask them to renew the tags, they will issue new stickers, then go to the court the cop told u, go to front desk tell the story show the renewed tags, they ll give ur DL back, naku telisi (assumption, never happened to me before) this is what u should do, now go n do it, oders correct me if im wrong. :5_2_108:
