H1 B Transfer Question Help!

My Cousin has 8 years real experience and is working with Client C1 thru V1-V2-E1

 

C1 is client

V1 is Main Vendor to Client (Indian MNC, eg: HCL type company)

V2 is Prime Vendor to V1

E1 is my Cousin Employer.

 

Now, my Cousin wants to Join E2 (new employer by making H1B transfer) but still maintains C1-V1-V2

 

C1, V1, V2 - Everyone agreed to help thru the transfer and all 3 Gave Letters

(Client C1 gave Client Letter without any End Dates mentioning Long Term ,

 Main Vendor V1 gave letter but mentioning current Contract expires 31-MAr-2014 but will be renewed every Quarter

 Another Vendor V2 gave proper letter)

 

Now the Question is ...Are there any Risks while transferring H1B to new Employer

He considered this because he can give resignation to Old Employer upon H1B Transfer Approval which is better.

 

only problem now is, V2 letter mentioning Contract expires 31-MAr-2014 but will be renewed every Quarter.

but Client Letter properly says he will here for Long term

 

Any other Suggestions..  Any risks.

Option 1 : No problem he can go ahead with these letters for H1B transfer

 

Option 2 : If he is worried about V2 letter, edit using pdf editor and remove the end date n that quarterly renewal part.

max emavthundi ante...uscis vallu contact cheste they just confirm if you r working thru them for that client or not ...dates em pettaru adi idi ani cross verify cheyaru...

 

PS: vendors ni contact chestaru ani ipati varaku epudu vinaledu...aite githe client ni contact cheycohu (90% idi kuda avadu)

no problem at all u have client letter which is more than fine...only thing u'll need to show the contract b/w E2 and V2 just in case.....
