ma employer gadiki 2 companies unnay

 

got h1b approved on company A and going to india for stamping in april.

 

 

ee rojee naku labor approve indi annadu from companyB.

 

after coming from india my employer want to transfer to company B.

 

My question is do i need to go for stamping again if i go to india next time.

 

second,do i need to transfer to company B(I mean compulsory aaa or can file I140).

h1 stamping is not needed... but if you're already on h1 and say u used one year of it already .. now get ur visa for next 2yrs but with h1 transfer you get 797 for 3 yrs but ur visa is only 2 yrs .. then after that 2 yrs you'll have to go visa stamping..and after filing for extension you'll have to go stamping again...

 

gc no idea... but to my knowledge GC can be applied for prospective employees as well...

 

 

probably someone else will shed more light on gc

No stamping required..u can travel with valid visa stamping with old emoyer and new i797 approval notice..if u want to travel..

GC its better to go with employer b payroll and apply 140..though GC is future employment..
