Evaranna hadoop meda working aithe oka real time scenario or me proj gurinchi oka briefing isthara?
Mainly Hive pig jobs.. and how do you load data into Hbase or anyother nosql db.

one of the sceanrios denikithe hive use chesthamo is to analyze click stream data...for example... say neeku direct tv laga service ki subscription undi anuko...every click on the remote is recorded and these usage stastics are sent to direct tv for their analysis... ee information can easily run into tera bytes of data over a short period of time...bcos of the large user base.... ee data nunchi scenarios like usage patterns... channel browsing patterns... patterns which show what channel is being accessed at what time for how long and in which geographic location.... ilantivi generate cheyochu...denilo nunchi they can come up with new streams of revenue or better their existing streams of revenue etc...

 

RDBMS nunchi sqoop use chesi direct data ni HDFS loki transfer chesi dani meeda hive tables construct cheyochu or exisiting hive tables unte data ni ala aina pull cheyochu from RDBMS.... 

 

PIG ni mostly BA kind of ppl use chestharu... who do not like to code in SQL... PIG jobs can also be utilized to generate continuously scheduled reports and send it out to users
