ranjith23 Posted March 7, 2014 Report Posted March 7, 2014 Someone please help me on this....... :( Here is the update on my Query: My query states that 1) International Technological University(ITU) was accredited in May 2001- May 2004 2) It was again accredited in June 2011 3) It was not accredited between May 2004 & June 2011 To my bad luck I graduated from ITU in December 2010 and USCIS states that my degree is not valid because of this reason(3) above . Even though I got my current H1B valid till Sep 2015, USCIS is currently trying to revoke it if I can't defend the query before March 23 2014. I am currently in a tough situation and not sure what to do. If anyone got the same query and came out of it, please help me. Appreciate all your help. All you can do is before march 23rd 2013 transfer to some university, take CPT n file for new h1B under regular quota this year only. OR U can also fight by raising these questions using best attorney: 1. I would have applied in regular quota in 2010 only at time of filing if you would have raised these questions during that time. 2. Ask them whether they can move it to regular quota since its not your mistake also. but if u start fighting with them, it will take time and also its 50-50 chances only. Also by doing this u will miss this year h1b filing in regular quota... sorry bro very bad situation.

Here is what I decided 1) Will call Murthy law firm tomorrow morning and talk to them about my case 2) Apply for university that starts from April quarter 3) Request lawyer to defend on my case / Withdraw it after talking to Murthy's law firm
