currently chest press ki 90 lb each sides 8 reps ki and inclined Flys ki 55 lbs each side vadutuna.. varnii .U think who ever lifts more than 50 pounds are macho man?

almost 3 yrs nunchi doing ... so u will not be on 25 for ever kada u need to push ur limits...ur strength grows... "even strongest man on universe will start from some where low" my favorite quote. ..

cm sabb I also started from 10 lbs ... it takes time and need to push ur limits..

Ya adey thinking nenu kuda... need to bring one bowflex to home soon. .. chala frustrating ga untadi... when I look scale anta work out chesta... but last 2 months ga oka mistake realized ... i have skipped cardio most of the times...

cardio missed aaa..?damn...start with that vuncle...u will feel better with the remaining routine.. !!

uncle.....do you follow interval training....or continous ga parigetaava while doing cardio.....nee max speed entha???

i dont take a break vuncle..naa max 9 antae...but keeps on changing the speed...aleast a point or 2 penchutunae unta..thread mill meedha unnatha sepu...!! 11 try chaesa kaani...culdnt handle it..maa intlo unna daaniki max 13

neeku advise ichevadini kaadu gaani uncle.......naaku trainer cheppina tip entante,,....walk around 3 to 4 mph initially for 5 minutes ( so that blood flows to ur legs).....then run around your max speed limit ..(.I choose between 8.5 to 9.5 ) for a minute and then walk at 4 mph for 2 minutes   .....this is like one cycle.....then repeat this for about 4 to 5 cycles ........he told its way more effective than running on threadmill for 45 minutes......
