why do you want to jump to 9.5 directly.....start at 5.5 as your max initially.......the basic idea is not increase and decrease your heart rate   in short interval  which helps you burn more fat at shoort interval....naakayethe clear ga difference vundhi ilaga chesthe.........ya I agree with you, it boils down to individual needs.........they are "N" number of ways to achieve your fitness goals.......My take!!!

how will I know maan........nenu 8.5 to 9.5 speed just 1 minute parigetanu........try with 7 mph......and go from there....

nope maan.....anduke we have to get walk initially for 5 minutes  so that your legs are warmed up.............also nenu pyna chepinattu I just run at 9 for a minute......it depends on our level man........but  interval training has maximum benefits!!!
